Benefits of Meditation
As I am studying for my certification as a Yoga Instructor, I have discovered a deeper understanding of meditation and the plethora of benefits it provides. Some of these benefits are allowing yourself to become stable and balanced and offer the capability to keep you grounded, no matter what life throws your way. Mediation gives you a clear focus of your thoughts. It gives your mind a breather from the outside word, to focus inward, even if for only a few minutes. The practice itself can be done guided, general, or specific. It has been proved to slow aging, decrease anxiety, reduce stress as well as benefits your cardiovascular and immune health. Once I become fully certified, I plan to dive deeper into helpful meditation practices to share with you. As well as breaking down the chakras and giving our readers some insight on ways to become balanced and stable through chakra meditations.
